When is the RSVP deadline?

Thank you in advance for sending your RSVP by May 25, 2024. If you require additional time, please let us know in advance.

Can I bring a plus one?

Our goal is to keep our very special day as intimate as possible. We are choosing to celebrate with only our closest family and friends.  We will only be able to accommodate those we explicitly invited. Thank you for respecting our wishes.

Can I bring my children?

Khaled and Lila both love children very much. However, we request this be an adults-only event. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us. Thank you for understanding.

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

We are very excited to be sharing delicious Syrian/Middle Eastern cuisine with you. The meat will be halal. If you have specific dietary restrictions, please specify in the RSVP form.

Our event is alcohol-free.

What is the dress code for your wedding?

This is a very special day for us. Please wear an outfit that you feel is special, formal and suitable for this joyous occasion. Out of respect for the bride, please avoid wearing an all-white outfit. 

What is the easiest way to get to and from your wedding venue?

Soiree Banquet Hall is conveniently located near exits off the 401 and 407 highways in Mississauga.  We encourage you to use a navigation application (like Google Maps) to figure out the best way to get to the venue. The nearest GO Bus Stop is at Erin Mills Pkwy. @ Turner Valley Rd. There are other bus stops in the area.

Is there parking available near your wedding venue?

Yes, there is accessible parking at the venue.

Should we bring gifts?

Your presence with us is the greatest gift of all! 

If you are considering giving us a gift, we would appreciate a contribution towards our future together. We kindly request no boxed gifts.

What time should we arrive at the wedding? 

We request that you arrive no later than 7:30 PM. We do not want you to miss any special moments!

We know Maghrib (sunset) prayer is at 9 PM. There will be a designated space for guests who wish to pray.

What is the agenda/program for your wedding?

We look forward to sharing that information with you closer to our special day.

Can we take photographs and videos? Can we share them on social media? 

Photographs and videos are welcome and may be shared on your personal social media platforms. We ask that you please be respectful of other guests and their wishes as well.
